4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is subject to change without notice and may depend on extent of damage, vehicle make/model/year, repair complexity, time required, and insurance coverage/deductibles. We work directly with insurance companies when possible.
5. Availability and Scheduling
Service availability depends on weather conditions, workload, insurance processing, and vehicle accessibility. Schedule estimates as soon as possible after hail damage occurs.
6. Insurance Claims and Deductibles
We assist with insurance claims and may waive deductibles up to $1000 under certain conditions. Deductible waivers are subject to insurance approval. Final costs depend on coverage, and additional charges may apply for uncovered services.
7. Rental Car Services
Free rental car services are provided when available and may be subject to insurance coverage, rental availability, repair timeframes, and customer eligibility requirements.
8. Safety and Liability
Customer Responsibility: Provide vehicle access, remove personal items, provide accurate vehicle information, and keep insurance information current and valid.
Limitation of Liability: Hail Razor Repair LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, damage to personal items left in vehicle, indirect/incidental/consequential damages, or damages exceeding the cost of services provided.
